Flooding and flooring

Water as we all know isn't good in the house... Out side fine, but inside it is bad... Kinda like children ( but that is neither here nore there).  In the sad case that you find water in your basement just a few things to look for.
What type of water is it?
Sewer water... Take it up and throw it away. Call you insurance and have them pay you to fix it (we sell and install Hint Hint)
Rain water/ Pipe breaking.... Dry everything out completely! Pull up the carpet put fans down and dry the carpet the padding.  Leave down all the tack strips and leave down the padding. The carpet can be dried and saved.
Hope this is helpful for you and the water troubles.

Tile with a little flare

We have a big job going on for a ballet studio addition remodel.  I am so happy with how it is turning out I wanted to share some of the progress.
For the sake of the post we will call my customer Mrs. C. As we were finding all the tile for the bathrooms meeting a short time window and staying warm but not going totally brown, and keeping it pleasing to the eye, we found a frosted tile to go with the large tile and the smaller floor tile. I think it is looking great if you ask me.

it still needs to be grouted and the pictures of that will be coming soon!  :)
